So, there I was, last night, in the evening, picking up my medicine (i.e. Us Weekly, The Star, People, In Touch Weekly) at the Barnes and Noble on 86th and Broadway, when, who do I see blocking the magazines, lookg at their reviews of his latest film When Will I Be Loved?
None other than James Toback!
He was totally sprawled out over the magazine rack, clearly delighted with the review he was reading -- out loud! -- to an employee at Barnes and Noble (to be honest, the kid seemed to be excited at this ostentatious behavior).
As the excellent Michael Musto noted earlier this week -- James Toback takes every review seriously.
