"'I think it's unfair they only give me six months to plan this stuff,' said Jeremy Scott at his Élysée Montmartre after-party on Tuesday night ... There were DJ sets from the MisShapes, a performance by Uffie, and even a dance-off between Anouck Lepère and a posse of French hipsters. 'I was told [Jeremy]'s the only guy to call for a good time,' said Katy Perry, balancing a drink while climbing onto the stage after the performances—and somehow dancing at the same time. 'I hope I can keep up.'"

"'Wow! This is the most happening shop I've ever been to,' exclaimed Claudia Schiffer as she gawked over her surroundings at the Grand Palais for the second night in a row--only this time, Chanel was on her calendar, and the storefront she was referring to was a massive, life-size recreation of one of the most famous boutiques in the world (which looked exactly as Karl Lagerfeld described it to The Daily a few days ago). 'Only Karl can place a tremendous retail mecca in the middle of the Grand Palais,' gushed Ellen von Unwerth ... In the midst of a closely watched section that included Barbara Bush, Zoe Kravitz, Milla Jovovich, Leigh Lezark, and Astrid Munoz, we spotted a content Gilles Bensimon with his camera." "And with all that in mind, last night JH and I went to the Opening Night Preview of the International Art + Design Fair (a Haughton Fair) at the Seventh Regiment Armory at 66th and Park .. Last night’s Preview was a benefit for the Bard Graduate Center for Studies in the Decorative Arts, Design, and Culture. The center was started in 1993 by Susan Weber Soros who was married at the time of its founding to the famous billionaire investor/philanthropist, George (she was his second wife). Mrs. Soros, told me last night that she now goes by Weber, however." (NYSocialDiary)

"The one-time Ginger Spice is the most successful female celebrity author of 2008. Geri Halliwell has sold 250,000 copies of her Ugenia Lavender series in the past five months." (3AMGirls)
