Billionaire T. Boone Pickens predicted that the current 14-month low price on oil prices won't last. On Imus in the Morning today, Pickens said that oil would be back to $140 this time next year. Pickens, who has been aggressive this election campaign trying to make energy the #1 issue, refused to endorse either candidate on air.
