The Wonderful World of Barbara Walters

(image via thefloridaforum)

Barbara Walters is a riddle wrapped up in an enigma wrapped up in surgically-tightened skin (Exaggerated cough suggesting feigned detachment). And we are fascinated by every botoxed inch of her. She is a creature of the ABC News division, yet she doies such ludicrous fare as "The View." She asks world leaders what kind of tree they would be. She likes billionaires, yet she allegedly "blasted" Richard Pryor -- though she steadfastly denies it (But Paul Mooney, a Pryor amigo, said Richard told him to "take it to the grave").

Such contradictions.

We were not surprised to learn from Howard Stern today that he dined with Barbara. From Marksfriggin:

"That led to (Howard) telling Kathy (Griffin) about his dinner with Barbara Walters. She didn't believe it at first so Howard filled her in on the details and she said she was shocked that they liked each other. Howard said he was pretty sure that she was really into him and would have fucked him if he wanted to. Howard said he'd have to do her from behind, in the dark, if he was going to do her."

Kathy Griffin, who listened intently, offering no defense, may have ruined her chance at "The View."
