Hi Ron, Hiram here. I made a comment to someone that we have ignored the poverty that many people in this country endure. The New Orleans crisis has made this more clear. The question arises. What really are we going to do with "these people"? They had nowhere to go when the shit hit the fan. No car, no credit card, no relatives. They were basically abandoned there, and then blamed for not leaving. I am ashamed of myself. But, I definitely support using tax money to help those without the lovely cultural inheritance we share.
