He then lifted a woman's dress, and, the source adds: 'Neither his mother nor a nanny bothered to intercede. [The mom] didn't seem the slightest bit embarrassed.' Finally, after several hours of misdeeds, the child was taken home."
Hmm. Would that be little Sebastian De Felice, grandson of Donna Karan, in a cranky mood? Hey, we all have our off days, kid.
