Ah, the Euroroyal social event of the summer. Serfs! Lock up your nubile daughters! Milkmaidens are, you know, droits seignerieaux and all that, if you go in for that sort of thing.
And, Remember: The password is Fidelio ... not "fellatio," which may or may not accompany the cruddites. According to Hello!Magazine:
"Gunilla Von Bismarck's fancy dress parties are nearly as legendary as the striking blonde aristocrat herself. And when it came to inaugurate her spectacular new mansion in Marbella, Spain, the socialite did not disappoint, throwing a masquerade ball featuring a roster of royal guests ranging from the king of Sweden to the Duchess of York.
"While the Duchess played it cool in a sleek strapless gown, King Carl Gustaf of Sweden and his wife Queen Silvia apparently pulled out all the stops for their costumes."
And when King Carl Gustav gets "off tha heezy," let The Corsair tell you ...
"The monarch was reportedly incognito as the masked and debonair Zorro, while his wife dressed up as Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe. Prince Ernst of Hanover's former spouse, Princess Chantal, was also among those indulging in the fun-filled spirit of the celebrations, turning up as a glitzy cowgirl, complete with red cowboy boots, satin bustier and bright blue cowboy hat."
More fun with inbreeding here. Stanley Kubrick's creepy simulacrum, here.
