One would think, though, that someone worth anywhere north of $100 million would go the way of pedicures, polish, and pumice ... especially when said millionaires' congenital predilection for trampling barefoot into the dodgiest of territory was dissected by the tabs and bloggers. That's her prerogative, we suppose (Averted Gaze, sniffs arrogantly).
