"AT the Cinema Society screening and after-party for chick flick 'He's Just Not That Into You,' designer Marc Jacobs' boyfriend, Lorenzo Martone, sported a T-shirt that read, 'Do me in the park. Marc.'" (PageSix)

"She's tackled polygamy on Big Love, but it seems that blissful monogamy may be more difficult for Ginnifer Goodwin ... at the Cinema Society screening of He's Just Not That Into You ... Cinema Society veteran Marc Jacobs couldn't make it, but boyfriend Lorenzo Martone was out in full force, in a bright green Henry Holland t-shirt that read: 'Do me in the park. Marc.' 'I got it at as a gift after I started dating Marc,' said Martone. 'I thought because he's not with me that it would be perfect to wear. I hope he sees it or hears about it.' Are you ever worried that he's just not that into you, The Daily asked? 'I am very into him, so hopefully it works both ways!' ..Liam McMullan and Cari Modine rocked out in front of the DJ booth until the wee hours." (Fashionweekdaily)

"Andrew Mwangura has the underground world of African piracy wired. Somali pirates trust him. Warlords respect him. And human-rights activists admire him for putting his neck on the line to keep sailors safe on the lawless high seas. 'Andrew gets vital first-hand intelligence,' says Cyrus Mody, who runs the London-based Maritime Bureau of the International Chamber of Commerce. 'If a ship is running low on food or there’s been some disaster, he often knows about it first.' Unfortunately for Mwangura, an ex-journalist who lives in a shack without running water on the beach in Mombasa, the Kenyan government doesn’t see him as a hero. On February 4, prosecutors put the 45-year-old Mwangura on trial for exposing the secret of a Ukrainian freighter that was hijacked last fall while carrying $30 million in Russian arms. Although the shipment was part of a secret, back-channel deal to arm Sudan in violation of a United Nations arms embargo, Mwangura is the one accused of breaking the law. The government has charged him with releasing 'alarming information.' Says the activist, 'They have no evidence. What I said was the truth.'" (TheDailyBeast)

"Democratic foreign policy hands say that a senior Marine general's public frustration with Obama's top aides is a symptom of a national security transition that has been historically speedy—and at times opaque, chaotic, and deeply frustrating for some of Obama's supporters and would-be aides. Retired General Anthony Zinni told Foreign Policy that Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and National Security Advisor James Jones had both indicated to him that he would be Ambassador to Iraq, and that Vice President Joe Biden 'called and congratulated me' on getting the job. Then, after days of silence, Zinni learned that he was instead being offered the post of Ambassador to Saudi Arabia. 'I said, You can stick that with whatever other offers,' he recalled saying. Zinni's account roiled foreign policy circles Thursday, and drew rare public criticism of Obama from leading Democratic voices outside the administration." (Politico)

"Ben Stiller Moving Red Hour From DreamWorks To 20th Century Fox.. Sources tell me DreamWorks is on board with Ben Stiller's decision, though there were a lot of phone calls back and forth between Ben and Stacey Snider, and Ben and Steven Spielberg, asking him to stay. The two companies are still going to do some projects together, like Chicago 7 which Stiller may direct. But I'm told that Ben is moving his Red Hour production banner to Fox where he has many projects already in the pipeline." (DeadlineHollywoodDaily)

"New Yorker magazine publisher Drew Schutte is being moved over by Condé Nast execs to serve as the first chief revenue officer of Condé Nast Digital, the company said. CN Digital is the reformed and expanded unit from the CondéNet online sales unit last month. Schutte will manage all sales and marketing for CN Digital. He’ll report to Sarah Chubb, the interactive sales unit’s president, a rep told paidContent. It’s not surprising that the move was made within the company. Both the print side and the digital side have experienced across the board staff cuts in the past three months. Last week, Condé Nast decided to shutter the home shelter mag Domino and laid off more employees." (Paidcontent)

"(Table 15). Jonathan Wald who introduced me to his good pal Charlie Walk, former president of Epic Records and now president and CEO of his own multimedia company, CWE Media.(They met through mutual pal Andrea Brokaw, Tom's daughter) Jonathan was clearly the man of the moment today. His impending departure from CNBC (we broke it on TVNewser yesterday) when his contract expires in March made news everywhere, and Jon was making the rounds and shaking hands like nobody's business during lunch. We spied him stopping to chat with Tina and Barbara for a while and caught up with him at the bar." (Lunch at Michaels/FishbowlNY)
